CHANDLER (AZ)—Brighton Publishing LLC is pleased to announce the print release of Age/Sex/Location:
Love is Just a Click Away by author Denise Kawaii. Readers will be forced to strap-in for this emotional ride
through frustration, heartache, pain, and—ultimately, redemption. Age/Sex/Location: Love is Just a Click
Away is currently distributed in print through Ingram, the world’s largest book distributor, and is available in
both print and eBook format from Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other leading book retailers worldwide.
When her fiancé, Steve, dumps her at the altar, Jo ends the chapter on one life and starts the first page of
another. As she closes her office door and begins surfing the Internet, her
fervent hope is that something, or someone, may be capable of removing her
thoughts from her overwhelming suffering.
Propelled by the false courage of alcohol and pills, Jo eventually signs into
an Internet chatroom where she finds comfort in the kind and understanding
words of someone known only as “Navyman2000.”
Soon, she begins confiding in Navyman2000 and finds out he is a sailor
stationed on the opposite coast who is studying for the submarine service.
His encouraging words begin to lift Jo out of the plummeting life she has
found herself in, but her emotional scars are still fresh…and deep.
As Jo’s decisions begin to threaten her own mental stability, she finds that
they have also started to drive her business down a path to financial ruin.
Her life has now become more about survival than living. Yet, despite her
habit of telling half-truths and her constant denial of her addictions,
Navyman2000 continues to meet with her online.
Jo soon finds herself smothered by the tenderness of a man she’s never met
and running from the possibility of a new love. Now, she must face the all-important question: Is Navyman2000
her deliverance or…another nail in her emotional coffin?
“Denise Kawaii presents her readers truth-in-fiction as she propels her heroine through the swirling, emotional
waters of the modern age,” said Kathie McGuire, director of Brighton Publishing LLC. “Ms. Kawaii cuts
through the clutter of circumstance and delves deep into the emotional core that motivates the heart.”
Denise Kawaii is an accomplished columnist for Yahoo™ and The Examiner and a regular features contributor
to industry publications in California. She was born in Portland, Oregon, where she currently resides with her
husband and son. This is her first novel.

So, the book is out and in print! I received several copies myself last week and am happy to report that I've had a couple of people tell me they ordered it from their local Barnes and Noble bookstore. I am very much looking forward to seeing what readers think of it, and so far the response has been very positive.
If you are looking for something to read and you happen to pick up Age/Sex/Location, please do send me an email or submit a review online. Your comments are keeping me fired up while I work on my next novel, Adaline.
